I saw Alyssa this morning for an FST session and she worked her magic to help loosen up my hips, back and neck. I walked in tense and left feeling so relaxed and balanced. Not only does Alyssa have such a kind and beautiful personality but she is also a VERY talented Fascial Stretch Therapist who really knows the body and how to adapt to suit your needs. It is a very safe and comforting space. My entire experience was a 10/10 and I would recommend to everyone to go get on her table!
