As a 77 year old woman I have always been active and very proactive in looking after my health. Had my first appt with Alyssa yesterday. My shoulders and neck really needed a good stretch and it was wonderful. She knew exactly what was going on with my body, explained everything she was doing. Great experience and I will be back.

Wonderful experience with Alyssa. She explained every movement and what area the movement benefitted. I was extremely pleased with this treatment. I am very pleased I met Alyssa and talked to her about Fascia stretching and then booked an appointment. I plan on continuing to prevent any backslide with my lower back and hips. Thank you, Alyssa!
