Alyssa is so caring and knowledgeable. Each treatment is individually tailored to address any concerns. I've had a lot of pain and discomfort in my left hip and leg and it has greatly improved since starting treatments. Highly recommend giving FST with Alyssa a try if you have not done so!

I saw Alyssa this morning for an FST session and she worked her magic to help loosen up my hips, back and neck. I walked in tense and left feeling so relaxed and balanced. Not only does Alyssa have such a kind and beautiful personality but she is also a VERY talented Fascial Stretch Therapist who really knows the body and how to adapt to suit your needs.
