I went to see Alyssa yesterday with hip and shoulder issues. Didn’t know anything about fascia stretching but boy did Alyssa help me. My hip is so much better today I can bear weight with no pain. I will definately be going back. Keep up the good work.

Alyssa & Chase are so welcoming and knowledgeable. During my session with Alyssa she made me feel comfortable, explained everything she was doing, and gave me some insight on my body. I felt great right after and for days after my session - feeling much more relaxed, lighter and more mobile. Definitely recommend and will be back!! :)

I had my first FST session with Alyssa today, and I’m wishing it was next Tuesday; because that’s when my next session is booked. Walked in with a headache, feeling tight, and full of tension. Walked out feeling loose, light and headache free. I didn’t realize how stiff I was until she started working on me.
